Rise. Lead. Reign.
Royal Daughters is a transformational nonprofit empowering school-age girls to discover their identity, build their leadership, and step fully into the power they were born with.
"She doesn't need to become someone new. She needs to remember who she already is."
The Royal Daughters Promise
Who We Are
Royal Daughters exists because every girl deserves to know her worth before the world tries to tell her otherwise. We meet girls where they are and walk with them into who they are becoming.
Through leadership training, identity work, mentorship, and community, we build girls who lead from the inside out. Grounded. Confident. Equipped. Unshakeable.
Meet the Founder
Founder and Executive Director, Royal Daughters
Royal Daughters was not built in a boardroom. It was born from a bloodline. Zee's great-grandmother carried the maiden name Royal, and Zee has carried that legacy forward as a declaration: every girl born into this world is born royal, whether the world has told her so or not.
Zee is a leadership and wellness coach, strategist, and educator with more than a decade of experience developing people across corporate, nonprofit, and community settings. She blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, identity work, and leadership development into programs that create real, lasting transformation. Her approach is grounded in research, shaped by compassion, and built for the human experience.
She founded Royal Daughters to close the gap between the girl a community sees and the woman she was always meant to become. Her belief is simple: if you get to a girl before the world convinces her she is ordinary, you change the trajectory of everything that follows.
What We Offer
Each Royal Daughters program is designed to develop the whole girl: her identity, her voice, her leadership, and her sense of purpose. These are not just workshops. They are experiences that leave a mark.
A deep-dive workshop helping girls discover who they are beneath the pressure, comparison, and noise. Self-worth, voice, and identity at the center.
Ages 10-14A semester-long cohort where girls develop real leadership skills: communication, decision-making, emotional regulation, and how to lead without losing themselves.
Ages 12-18One-on-one and group mentorship pairing girls with women leaders who guide, witness, and champion their growth across a full year of development.
All AgesA public speaking and storytelling program that teaches girls to use their voice with confidence, clarity, and conviction in the rooms that matter.
Ages 11-17A healing and restoration experience focused on mental and emotional wellness, nervous system care, boundaries, and radical self-compassion.
Annual EventA certification pathway for educators, counselors, and youth leaders who want to bring the Royal Daughters curriculum into their schools and communities.
Educators & LeadersThe Process
We believe you deserve to know exactly what you are saying yes to before you say it. Here is what the journey looks like from the moment you reach out.
Submit the Girl Application or have an educator nominate her. Every submission is read by a real person on our team, never an algorithm.
Within 2 to 3 business days a member of the Royal Daughters team contacts you directly to learn more and answer any questions you have.
Before she begins, we host a 30-minute virtual orientation for parents and guardians. You will know exactly what she is walking into and how to support her through it.
She joins her program, her cohort, and a community of girls who are on the same journey. The work begins, and so does the transformation.
Get Involved
Royal Daughters runs because people like you believe every girl deserves the chance to know her power. Whether you give, serve, or sponsor, you are part of this story.
Your gift directly funds programs, materials, retreats, and scholarships for girls who need it most. Every dollar is a crown placed on a girl who almost forgot she was wearing one.
Corporate sponsors and community partners are the backbone of what we build. Align your brand with a mission that actually moves people. Sponsorship opportunities are available for events, programs, and annual initiatives.
Mentors, workshop facilitators, event support, curriculum contributors. If you have gifts and a heart for girls, there is a place for you here.
Join the TeamKnow a girl who needs this? Educators, counselors, parents, and community members can nominate a young woman for our programs. We will take it from there.

Get in TouchQuestions and Answers
Good. Ask them. Here are the ones we hear most often from parents, educators, and community partners.
Royal Daughters is committed to ensuring cost is never a barrier. Scholarship opportunities are available, and we work with families individually to find a path forward. Reach out and we will figure it out together.
We currently serve school-age girls between 8 and 18 years old. Different programs are designed for different developmental stages, from elementary through high school. We will help you identify the right fit for your daughter during our initial conversation.
It depends on the program. Our workshops are half-day or full-day experiences. The Rooted Leadership Academy is a semester-long cohort. Mentorship circles involve monthly meetings. We share full time expectations before any commitment is made so there are no surprises.
If she is struggling, this may be exactly the right time. Royal Daughters programs are trauma-aware and designed to meet girls exactly where they are, not where we wish they were. We do not require girls to be "ready." We create the space that helps them become ready.
Use the Nominate a Girl form in the Get Started section of this page. You do not need to have all the answers or even parental confirmation before submitting. We will guide you through the next steps after we receive your nomination.
Royal Daughters is based in the Dallas and Garland, Texas area and currently serves North Texas communities. We are actively building partnerships to expand our reach. If you are outside our current area, submit a Train the Trainer application to bring the curriculum to your community.
We never force participation. If she is hesitant, we recommend attending a workshop first as a lower-stakes entry point. Some girls need to see the space before they trust it. We honor that. Readiness is something we help build, not something we require at the door.
Every mentor completes a thorough application, a personal interview, and a background check before being matched with a girl. We take safety seriously. Mentors are also trained on our trauma-aware approach and community agreements before they engage with any participant.
Yes. That is exactly what the Train the Trainer program is designed for. Educators, counselors, and youth leaders can go through our certification process and deliver the Royal Daughters curriculum within their own school or organization. Submit the Train the Trainer interest form to start that conversation.
Most programs teach girls skills. Royal Daughters starts with identity. We believe that a girl who knows who she is can learn anything. Our curriculum integrates leadership development, nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, mentorship, and community in a way that honors her whole self, not just her performance or potential.
